Shipping
Our drop ship handling fee is $1.50 per order and will be included in the shipping cost of your order. If you are on the Amazon Prime/Walmart Expedited platforms, the handling fee is $2.25 per item. You may select any of the following shipping methods when placing your orders. Also, please keep in mind we only calculate business days when shipping (Monday – Friday), Weekends are not calculated when shipping time frames are given.
United States Postal Service
- Domestic packages can go First Class, Priority, or Express
- Military packages can ONLY go First Class or Priority
- Packages going to the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico can go First Class, Priority, and Express
- Gift items with a package dim weight of 3lbs and over will automatically upgrade to FedEx
- No International Shipping solutions are available
UPS
Most accounts that choose to ship via UPS do so through QG, and have shipping billed to each invoice. Options are as follows…
- Ground (1-5 days dependent upon proximity from our shipping facility in Fairfield, OH)
- Second Day
- Next Day Saver
- Next Day Air
- Saturday Delivery
- International- requires a Declared value for customs
Accounts also have the option to ship on their own FedEx or UPS account if they prefer. If this option is taken, the only charge that will show on the invoice is a handling fee of $1.50 and an additional $1.50 for QG generic box/pouch packaging.
